I finally managed to get one, this is it:
WD Elements Play, it is not heavy, supports most popular formats to include RMVB, H264, and MKV, works for full HD.
It takes the HDMI cable, but the cable will have to be bought separately.

Playlist - PLS, M3U, WPL
